How does a person restore their emotion?
“Resting” seeks to explore how people heal their own emotions. Throughout the research of emotion, staying put after usually feeling down leads to the healing process as grounding self to stay concentrated to be aware of self-environment. Picking yourself up needs time and calmness, especially sad emotions that can be inflicted on others around them. People who want to help others have to give themself in the right spot to give their help to light up to get back up again.
