Me, Myself vs I

This short film is an exploration of bad habits and dark thoughts, how they affect us, and how we choose to interact with them. When we humanize and poke fun at our fears and insecurities, we can look them in the eye and confront them in a way that matters. Horror is often trivialized and not taken seriously, but I believe it’s one of the most effective ways to explore trauma and accept deep truths you may not be ready to come to terms with yet. If it makes you feel unsettled, that means I’m doing something right.
