Women have historically been excluded in the development of prescription drugs, from research trials to treatment. Yet, women are twice as likely to take antidepressants than men in every age group. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Femme Pharma<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a reimagined pharmaceutical booth that sells atypical psychotropic drugs for the modern woman.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The caricatured, hyper-feminine pharmacy plays on the stereotypes of the \u201cmad woman\u201d, contrasting with collected anecdotes of being a woman on mental health medication, both humorous and serious. This project leans into the absurd, offering a world where all prescriptions become over-the-counter and free samples of medication are available to try.
